AAMSI offers cost-effective repair and overhaul services utilizing not only our own facilities but those of our partner network of qualified repair stations globally. AAMSI provide spares, repairs and overhaul of systems and components for the most demanding requirements for defense and aerospace customer across 40 countries around the world. We are licensed by Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman to repair state-of-the-art and legacy electronic systems, including, IFF systems. With today’s financial challenges the requirement to extend the service life of legacy platforms is becoming more important and more complex than ever. Our dedicated Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) Management support services make sure our customers have the parts or kits they need and when they need it. To achieve this objective, we help our SLEP customers forecast their material kitting requirements and identify approved sources or alternative sources, address diminishing manufacturing capabilities and material shortages and conduct reverse engineering for parts without technical data or approved sources. We are also experienced in helping our customers develop alternative strategies for multiple commodity spares to offset the negative effect of aging aircraft and spares obsolescence.
